Pricing questions
How does the 14-day Starter trial work?
When you sign up you get full Starter features for 14 days, no card required. After day 14 you automatically drop to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
What is an AI credit?
1 credit ≈ 1,000 input tokens to your LLM. Output tokens are weighted 3× because they cost more. Each plan includes a monthly allocation; top-ups never expire and apply after your monthly grant is used.
Do I get charged extra if I exceed my plan limits?
No. Flare hard-caps usage at 100% of your plan. We email at 80% so you can upgrade or buy a top-up before anything blocks.
How does proration work on plan changes?
Upgrades take effect immediately and Razorpay prorates the difference. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then.
Do you charge GST or sales tax?
INR plans show pre-tax prices and Razorpay adds 18% GST at checkout (input-tax-creditable for Indian businesses). USD prices are tax-inclusive.
Can I bring my own LLM?
Yes. Flare is MCP-native — you can point Claude, Gemini, or any MCP-capable LLM at our typed tools. The AI credits in our plans only apply to AI features that use Flare-managed inference.
